Discover the heart behind our music

Potteries Men Sing is more than singing.
We’re a community brought together by music — and by a shared commitment to making a real difference in our city.

Our inspiring beginning

Potteries Men Sing began with one simple idea: use the power of singing to support a cause that matters.

Our focus is Dementia Support and Dementia Awareness in Stoke-on-Trent. We’re bringing together 40 men of all ages from across the Potteries and beyond— because every voice counts.

What are the facts

Dementia is one of the biggest challenges facing Stoke-on-Trent.

In 2023, 3,304 people over 65 were living with dementia locally — and by 2040, that number is expected to rise to 4,083.

That’s why we’re singing, performing, and raising funds — so local people and families don’t face this alone.

🔹 More support is needed
🔹 Community action matters

Singing across the six towns

We’re deeply connected to our local community.

That’s why we perform across all six towns of Stoke — Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Hanley and Stoke.

Our music celebrates our heritage and gives something back, raising awareness and funds for a cause that affects us all.

Our supporting voices

We’re proud to be supported and sponsored by The City of Stoke-on-Trent Male Voice Choir.

Their experience, guidance and sponsorship help us grow — performing with us on stage and supporting members through rehearsals, all at no cost.

Do you want to share the stage with us?

This is a charity tour, and we want to raise as much as possible for Dementia Support and Awareness.

We’re inviting community performance groups from across the six towns — school choirs, orchestras, theatre groups and more — to join us on stage and be part of something special.

“The commitment and passion of Potteries Men Sing is truly inspiring. It’s wonderful to see such talent come together for a great cause.”
